Products : Memo Systems
VanS Memo Systems are designed to permit on-line information about shipments, customers, drivers, crews, equipment, and labor accessible to authorized VanS users. They eliminate the need to track down a file folder containing handwritten notes. Think of them as "computerized file folders".
Shipment Memos
- Record on-going communications with the shipper, other agents, and others involved with the move.
- Assign status codes to orders including: Open, Dispatched, Closed, or Claim Pending.
- Enter information including contractual obligations, date confirmations, service and equipment requirements, and phone numbers.
- Use different memo types to classify shipment memos for each department. Departments can view or print their own memos.
Customer Memos
- Record on-going communications with the customers.
- Document other information including: contract details, billing requirements, and collection efforts.
- Classify customer memos with a user-defined memo types.
Driver Memos
- Record on-going communications with the drivers.
- Document other information including: trip status, sponsored benefits, and outstanding loans.
Crew/Labor Memos
- Track important notes about performance and record complaints
Equipment Memos
- Track equipment repairs and status
Flexibility
- Memos are stamped with the entry date, time, and user identification and cannot be altered after 24 hours.
- Memos are automatically created when selected fields are changed.
- Format general memo information to print on forms such as dispatch tickets and invoices.
Interfaces
- The Memo Systems are fully integrated with Move Entry, Accounts Receivable, Driver Systems and Operations.
- Memos are automatically created from the MoveTrak System as tasks are completed.
