Products : Laser Forms
The VanS Laser Forms product provides the capability to print standard and custom VanS forms (invoices, statements, work orders, packing forms, etc) to HP compatible printers. Companies using VanS Laser Forms will realize a savings by using plain paper and laser printers instead of expensive pre-printed forms. In addition, documents printed with Laser Forms can be automatically converted to PDF documents, automatically attached to associated VanS files, including Shipment Files, Customer Files, Driver Files and Salesperson Files, and then automatically e-mailed to selected customers. This feature will eliminate the tedious task of finding, copying and faxing important documents printed in VanS. They are available for instant viewing and e-mailing from the VanS client machine.
Features and Benefits
- Templates for standard VanS invoices and statements are included with Laser Forms.
- Compusource personnel will assist in capturing company logos for insertion into statement and invoice forms, or in creating new custom forms.
- Additional copies or pages of a document can be routed to a single printer or sent to different laser printers around the office.
- A unique description can be printed for each page; Accounting Copy, Dispatch Copy, Customer Service Copy, etc.
- Each copy or page can have specific information blanked out, allowing only the pertinent data to be displayed.
- Interfaces with VanS Fax and VanS E-Mail allow Laser Forms documents to be automatically printed, faxed, and/or e-mailed. For example, a customer invoice could be printed on an accounts receivable department printer, faxed directly to the customer, and e-mailed to the customer's salesperson, all at the same time.
Requirements
- Laser printers should be configured as net work printers and be connected to printservers on your network.
